Welcome to Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services. This website is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Agreement
Agreement between User and Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services.
Privacy
Your use of Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please review these policies, which govern the Site and inform users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services or sending emails to us constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Cleaning Services
Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning, including recurring maintenance cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out services, post-construction cleans, and add-ons (e.g., inside oven/fridge, windows where accessible, baseboards, interior cabinets upon request). Service availability, pricing, and scope may change without notice.
- Scope & Checklist. Each service is performed according to our standard checklist or a written custom scope included in your quote. Specialty tasks or areas (e.g., high/restricted access, heavy build-up, organization) may require additional time and cost via prior approval.
- Supplies & Equipment. We provide professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you request specific products (e.g., green-only products) or provide your own, you assume responsibility for results and any surface compatibility issues.
- Access & Security. You agree to provide safe access during the scheduled window (key/lockbox, door code, on-site presence, or concierge). If we cannot gain entry or the environment is unsafe, a lockout fee up to the scheduled service amount may apply.
- Health & Safety. Our team does not handle biohazards (e.g., bodily fluids, mold remediation, pest infestations), hoarding cleanup, or tasks requiring ladders beyond safe working height. If such conditions are observed, service may be paused or declined and rescheduled once resolved.
- Pets. Please secure pets for everyone’s safety. We are not responsible for pets escaping during entry/exit when reasonable care is used.
- Breakage & Damage. We exercise reasonable care, but accidents may occur. Please notify us of any items of exceptional value or fragile/unstable condition before service and store them safely. Report issues within 24 hours with photos; we may repair, replace, or offer reasonable compensation at our discretion. Pre-existing wear, improper installation, or delicate/unstable items are excluded.
- Before/After Photos. We may take limited area photos for quality control and proof of service; identifiable personal data is not shared. Marketing use requires your prior consent.
- Scheduling & Arrival Window. Appointments are scheduled within an arrival window. Weather, traffic, or prior job conditions may affect timing; we’ll communicate updates as soon as practicable.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule standard services (72 hours for deep cleans/move cleans). Late changes or lockouts may incur up to the full service fee due to reserved staffing time.
- Recurring Service Adjustments. If recurring cadence or home condition changes (e.g., missed visits, renovations, events), additional time may be required and billed accordingly to restore maintenance level.
- Payment & Taxes. Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice and are due at completion for one-time services or per agreed billing cycle for recurring services. Late balances may accrue fees. Applicable taxes and surcharges apply.
- Satisfaction Window. If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a reasonable re-clean of the specific area(s). This guarantee does not cover normal re-soiling from use after service or issues reported outside the window.
- Environment & Surfaces. Certain stains, etching, hard-water build-up, grout discoloration, or permanent damage may be non-removable. We will advise when best results may not be achievable without restoration services.
Children Under Thirteen
Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Intellectual Property
All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
Third Party Links
Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
Changes to Terms
Lynn's Luxury Cleaning Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which our services are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
